"After deciding I wanted a complete career change I joined Forest Holidays in 2019 as support crew for laundry I also took on extra hours on hot tubs. I quickly fell in love with the unique working environment Forest Holidays offers. I embraced the opportunities to progress to Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager and then onto Deputy General Manager. My development was supported by the Leadership Academy which I successfully completed in September 2021."
